What’s on your running playlist? A lot of podcasts: This American Life, Radiolab, WTF with Marc Maron, Rich Roll 

If you could choose anyone to run with, who would it be? My husband, because he’s my best friend.

What’s your go-to pre-run meal? Eggs with toast or sweet potatoes, a banana with Trail Butter and coffee 

Favorite post-run treat/meal/drink? Sushi

What do you do to overcome mental/physical challenges while running? Experience is priceless; I keep learning from my mistakes and remind myself that race results do not dictate my self worth.
