There are times in our days and weeks when getting outside isn't an option when it comes to physical fitness. It may also be that you just prefer to exercise indoors. To all the indoor workout haters out there, we say...don't knock it til you try it! There are tons of options to get your sweat on inside that won't make you lose your mind (ahem -- they don't call it a "dreadmill" for nothing!). And remember: sleep well the night before, drink plenty of water and wear compression socks or sleeves to be sure you're operating at your maximum performance level!

According to the American Cancer Society, one in eight women in the U.S are affected by the disease. That’s precisely why we’re donating 10% of all ‘Pink Power’ sales this month towards the fight against breast cancer. And, we’re not the only one! In October, brands from many different markets get involved by donating a percentage of sales to organizations dedicated to the fight against this disease that has most likely impacted someone YOU know.
