2017 was our second year of attending the Baltimore Marathon & Expo. This year we decided to take things up a notch by inviting our ambassadors Mallory and Carly to hang with us and talk compression. It was a blast.
Customers had fun giving our prize wheel a spin and we offered special event pricing on all socks sold on-site. It's been so much fun to see the brand recognition grow within Charm City. We love our hometown and for Lily Trotters to be a hit with local residents means A LOT! They are truly clamoring for compression!
To top things off, LT ambassador Carly Spataro ran the marathon event as a sponsored Lily Trotters athlete....and she CRUSHED it! Carly placed 5th overall female out of 1010 and first in her age group!
We had a great time all around and we're already looking forward to next year!

Lily Trotters Elite Ambassador, Jackie Merritt, was recently interviewed on the popular running podcast I'll Have Another with Lindsey Hein.
In this episode, Jackie talks about her evolution as a trailrunner and her goals for the upcoming Western States 100 where she'll be returning as a 2017 top ten female finisher. Jackie also discusses her interest in biomechanics and neuroscience, how she manages the demands of training and her career, and why it's important to be passionate about things outside of running.
Yesterday, Lily Trotters team member Shellie Tucker represented Team Lily at an event at Camp Parks Reserve Forces Training Area in Dublin, CA. There were more than 20 vendors at the event to provided health guidance for U.S. reserve training forces. More than 150 people attended! Shellie shared the health and wellness tips/benefits to wearing compression socks, and raffled off a pair of Lily Trotters to four lucky soldiers (both men and women). We were so happy to attend an event benefitting our armed forces because we are so thankful for everything they do!
This past weekend, Lily Trotters Elite Ambassador Maria Dalzot ran her second Chuckanut 50K, finishing 6th among a field of incredible women runners. The race includes a 5,000 fit climb through the middle 30K. Maria conquered this climb and held onto her spot in the top ten finishers, finding inspiration and some fun competition with the other women around her. Congratulations on a great race, Maria!
