Do you train according to any particular plan/method? Ultimately I listen to my body. I try to train for what I’ll be racing on for the most part, but first and foremost I make sure I enjoy what I’m doing. If I wake up exhausted or have a lot of other things in my life, I take a rest week or two to allow myself to recalibrate.
What 3 words best describe your typical race strategy? Consistency, Positivity, Appreciation
What do you do for recovery? Warm baths with epsom salts, foam rolling, stretching, drinking cherry and pineapple juice
If you could meet any woman from history who would it be and why? Frida Kahlo, it would be really neat to discuss her inspiration for her paintings.

Why do you wear compression? It feels nice; like I’m getting a massage by thousands of little fingers. :)
