Do you supplement running with other types of fitness? Yes, I cycle (road bike and spin class) and also do quite of bit of weight training.
What do you do for recovery? I stretch after every run and consume protein within the hour.
What’s on your running playlist? My playlist consists of hard rock, rap and some reggae.
If you could choose anyone to run with, who would it be and why? My boys. I encourage them to be active all the time. They watch me race and they are almost intimidated which is funny coming from someone 17 years younger than me. I would love to run and share these experiences with them.
What are your non-running hobbies? Outdoor photography and adventuring. I love taking weekend trips to our National Parks and capture images of natures gorgeous views.
What do you like about Lily Trotters compression socks? I’ve had injuries in the past so compression socks have been part of my must haves in fitness. I like the fit of Lily Trotters mainly, they aren’t too tight and I can wear them all day without any problems. Some socks i’ve bought are too tight and I can barely get them on or off. I also love the fact that there are people you can talk too about the socks and get some insight on what to purchase.
