What’s your go-to pre-run meal? Peanut Butter Sandwich
What do you do to overcome mental/physical challenges while running? I really focus on NEVER letting negative thoughts in. As soon as I feel I am not in a good spot I flood my thoughts with positivity. I remind myself of why I am running, of my strong body and my ability to be able to run, and of all of the good things I have going in my life.
Road running or Trail running? Trail running when I need a good mental escape, I love being in the mountains. I love road running when I am focusing on getting faster or building endurance. Most of my training for marathons is done on the road.
What are your non-running hobbies? Being a mom, skiing, hiking, paddleboarding, fishing with my family, and I love waking up to coffee and my daily cross word puzzle:)
What do you like about Lily Trotters compression socks? I haven’t really worn compression before Lily Trotters so I am new to this! So far I am really liking the feel. I am excited to wear them more to see if they help recovery with my feet. I have had Plantar Fasciitis in the past and I’m all about getting blood flow to my feet! Lily Trotters feel good and they are so cute!!
