Rise and Shine: Watch this Motivational Video Before Your Morning Run

Another early morning training session… With such a busy day, if you don’t get in your workout now, you know you won’t later. Another couple hours of sleep sounds amazing. But so does a great workout.

We found this video to help you get amped for your morning workout. It highlights athletes, every day people, and even track star Usain Bolt as he goes through his own training pains. The ending ties the whole video perfectly, and is a perfect answer to the question, “Why did I want to get up so early to do this?”
